Who should you contact? If you need to contact somebody at the Club, the contact details of all the committee members are listed below. Under each committee position is a description of the kind of activities that the position is responsible for. In order to ensure a prompt reply to any queries about the Club or suggestions about how to improve the Club please refer to the appropriate committee member. This will ensure that no single committee member is overwhelmed with queries. The committee meets at least once a month during the season and all relevant comments raised with a committee member will be discussed at the next committee meeting. The Club President James Holder president@rugbyshanghai.com The Club President as the head honcho will be able to help you with anything that is not covered below and any items that relate to the Club as a whole such as sponsorship, club strategy and other such weighty matters. Club Secretary Simon Drakeford secretary@rugbyshanghai.com Please contact the Club Secretary if you want to have matters discussed at a committee meeting or have any questions about the published club minutes. The Secretary should also be sent any formal notices relevant to the Club or any matters referred to in the Club Constitution. He will also deal with any nominations for elections to the Committee. This includes friendly games, Yellow Sea Cup Games or Shanghai Bei games. He looks forward to hearing from anybody in Shanghai, China or the World if they want to arrange a game against the mighty Shanghai Hairy Crabs. He will always welcome suggestions for new merchandise products or details of good product suppliers.
